1.1. Enrolment in Pareto Pro, Pareto Plus, or Pareto Pass is confirmed upon full payment (where applicable) or activation of a subscription or free membership.

1.2. Pareto Pro and Pareto Plus enrolments apply to the specified term or subscription period and are non-transferable.

1.3. Pareto Pass is a free membership tier but still requires registration and compliance with these Terms.

1.4. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate enrolment if:

  • Fees (where applicable) remain unpaid;

  • False, incomplete, or misleading information is provided; or

  • You breach these Terms or the Pareto Online Community Code of Conduct.

2. Fees & Refunds

2.1. Pareto Pro: All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once enrolment is confirmed.

2.2. Pareto Plus: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds.

2.3. Pareto Pass: This tier is free of charge; no payment is required.

2.4. Pricing and discounts for paid tiers may change at any time, with changes applying only to future enrolments or renewals.

3. Attendance & Delivery

3.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled live sessions (online or in-person) for which they are enrolled.

3.2. Where possible, recordings of missed live sessions will be provided, but we make no guarantee that recordings will always be available.

3.3. If a scheduled session is postponed due to instructor illness or technical issues, we may reschedule or appoint a substitute instructor.

4. Resource Use & Intellectual Property

4.1. All Pareto materials — including but not limited to course notes, recordings, and assessments — are strictly for personal use by the enrolled member.

4.2. Sharing, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any Pareto content without prior written permission is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

4.3. All intellectual property remains the property of Pareto Economics Pty Ltd.

5. Pareto Online Community Code of Conduct

5.1. Applies to all Pareto Pro, Pareto Plus, and Pareto Pass members.

5.2. Members must:

  • Treat all other members respectfully;

    5.3. We may issue warnings, suspend, or permanently remove members from the Pareto Online Community for breaches, without refund (where applicable).
